I Like:-
* Good value for money
* Light so you can move to another room without too much fuss
* Variation of muscles can be exercised that you don’t use
* Was delivered quickly
* Was quick and simple to put together
I don’t Like:-
* Pulleys seem cheap and may wear quickly
* Frame could rust as (mine is already on the inside of the tube frame)
* I counted a total resistance of 115 on each pulley which is ok but would like more
Would I buy again yes, but would also like to have a more traditional weights machine as I think they will complement each other.

Delivered within 48 hours, relatively simple to assemble. Serves its purpose admirably. Only comment is that when still in the box, it is very heavy to lift unless you are a weightlifter/body builder!
